AMD has released its next generation of ATI Radeon HD 5800 series graphics card that supports Microsoft DirectX 11, play again and calculate standard shipping soon with Windows 7.

A strange bright ring-shaped cloud was videotaped hanging over Moscow last week.

Many people in Moscow, foreigners are asked whether the cloud was even supernatural halo. But forecasts reject these theories and explains the formation of clouds.

"In several fronts have passed through Moscow recently, there was a burglary in the Arctic air also, the sun was shining from the west - to see how it is constructed to follow," said a local meteorologist.

"This is a purely optical effect, although it looks impressive. If you look closer, you can see the sun rays coming through the cloud. Probably the sun was setting when the video is doing," added.

As for the pollution that causes this rare cloud formation, says predictions that is not true.

"This phenomenon has nothing to do with industrial emissions," said one. "I could not produce this effect in the current weather conditions."

"If something happens, there is the impact of pollution, but only appears when the weather is calm for long. The wind in Moscow has been very strong recently."

Charlie Davies Car Accident

Charlie Davies, a forward from the U.S. national soccer team, was involved in a traffic accident early Tuesday in the death of another person, a U.S. spokeman Football.

Davies was in surgery yesterday afternoon and in stable condition, U.S. Soccer spokesman Neil Buethe said. The extent of their injuries was unknown, but Buethe said they were not life threatening.

Davies has spent more than three hours of surgery at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, according to a spokesman for U.S. Soccer. Another person in the car were killed.

"Obviously, as a team we were sorry to learn this news," said coach Bob Bradley in a statement published on the website of U.S. Soccer. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Charlie and his family and people in the car, and the families of others involved. As a team, we support each other in a moment that has turned us hard to ensure that the entire world."

Elinor Ostrom is the first woman to win the prize since it was founded in 1968 and the fifth woman to win a Nobel Prize this year, as many of women to be awarded in any year ever. The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences Ostrom cited to show how the common property, can be successfully managed for groups to use.

"Elinor Ostrom has challenged the conventional wisdom that is common property, mismanagement and be regulated by central authorities or privatized," the academy said. "Based on numerous studies of user-driven stocks, pastures, forests, lakes and groundwater reservoirs, Ostrom concludes that the results are, more often than not, better than expected by standard theories.

Oliver Williamson, however, was quoted by the argument that markets and hierarchical organizations, firms, representing the alternative governance structures differ in their approach to resolving conflicts of interest.

This is the latest Nobel Prize awarded this year. American Music Awards Nominations 2009

Paula Abdul and Adam Lambert are teaming up to announce the 2009 American Music Awards nominations.

ABC announced it has tapped the former American Idol judge and eighth-season runner-up to announce the nominations on Tuesday, October 13.

Abdul and Lambert will be joined by Snoop Dog, who also has previous reality credentialsas he starred in Snoop Dogg's Father Hood, which aired for two seasons on.

The AMAs were created by Dick Clark in 1973 to compete with the Grammys after the move of that year's show to Nashville, Tennessee led to CBS picking up the Grammy telecasts after its first two in 1971 and 1972 were broadcast on ABC.

Nominations are presented in eight categories: Pop/Rock, Country, Soul/Rhythm & Blues, Rap/Hip Hop, Latin Music, Alternative Music, Contemporary Inspirational and Adult Contemporary categories. While the Grammys are awarded based on votes by members of the entertainment industry, the AMAs are determined by a poll of music buyers, and as a result is more of a representative of public opinion.

A total of 20 awards will be presented during the 2009 American Music Awards ceremony, which will air live on Sunday, November 22 on ABC.
