Samsung has partnered with Qualcomm to bring Mpower 699 slider phone in India which claimed to be the first in the world OMH (Open Market phone) CDMA phones. Previously users had to buy a phone to a particular CDMA operator to use their services, but with OMH-enabled phone, a user now only needs a short OMH all SIM cards and you can use on this phone.
